Digital » Digital FAQ
We want to make your transition to digital as smooth as possible and will be here to help, every step of the way. Because we have a strong history in chemistry based processors, we will help you by removing your current machine during our install of your new digital system.
In many cases we will also offer you a substantial rebate for the trade-in of your current x-ray processor. The value of this rebate is determined on a case by case basis (factors include: age of the machine, condition of the machine, market value, and so on). Even if your machine does not qualify, we will remove it for you at no cost as part of the transition to digital.
We are also offering our early digital clientel a referral bonus program for reccomending our digital systems to other clinics. To receive details about this email Rob at rob@washxray.com and ask for information about our referral program.
It depends on the needs of your clinic and your patients. Smaller practices and single office clinics as well as chiropractic offices should consider our entry level Konica Minolta Nano-P CR Evoview system. This small, affordable, easy to use package is perfect for small to mid-size clinics. It includes a computer station with the scanner that operates via touch screen monitor, as well as a second station for storage, review, and editing.
Larger clinics can also consider packages with built in PACS systems for archiving your medical images, such as our KM Nano CR-P Ultra Archive system. The next step up would be the UltraWEB system with included web interfacing of your archived images.
